As the founder and owner of Culinary Solutions / YourCHEF.ca, Scott has built a successful business delivering personalized dining experiences, from intimate multi-course dinners to large-scale catered events.
Driven by a passion for creativity and mentorship, Scott is known for crafting innovative, customized menus that accommodate a wide range of dietary needs, allergies, and preferences. His approach combines refined culinary technique with a deep commitment to customer satisfaction, consistently exceeding client expectations.
Throughout his career, Scott has demonstrated strong leadership, managing and training kitchen teams of up to 20 staff while maintaining high standards in food quality, safety, and efficiency. His experience includes serving as Lead Chef with Sage Dining Services Canada, where he focused on fresh, from-scratch cuisine in a high-volume environment, and earlier roles at the Delta Fredericton, where he developed a solid foundation in hotel and banquet operations.
Scott’s professional background is supported by formal culinary training through the NBCC Culinary Program, along with certifications in FoodSafe Levels 1 & 2, WHMIS, and First Aid. A former member of the New Brunswick Culinary Team and a multiple competition winner, he brings both technical skill and competitive excellence to his work.
